Reshape your relationship with food. Not through control — but through reconnection.

Nikita Mehta, Founder of Embodh. Host of the Nourish with Intention Podcast. I struggled with my relation with food - calorie counting, extreme control. That's why I created Embodh - a space to help you change your relation with food.

Real meals. Gentle foundations. Mindful shifts that help you feel good in your body again.

This space is here to help you learn how to eat in a way that actually feels good — in your body, your rhythm, your life.

We’re not here to tell you what to eat or how much. Embodh is about reshaping the narrative around nourishment and “being healthy.”

Not through more information or rules, but by helping you understand the foundations of how to truly nourish yourself.

From there, our hope is that you begin to feel empowered enough to decide what works for you — what to eat, how much, and when—by learning how to actually listen to your own body again.

1:1 Coaching for Intuitive Nourishment

Most people already know what they “should” be doing — eat better, move more, stress less. The problem is, it never sticks.

This coaching space is about turning those good intentions into habits that actually last. We’ll use food as the starting point, but we’ll also look at the daily patterns, mindsets, and small rituals that shape how you feel.

Together, we’ll build:

  • A stronger baseline with food foundations like blood sugar balance and gut health

  • Mindset shifts to reduce guilt, confusion, and all-or-nothing cycles

  • Simple tools you can use anywhere — at home, work, or while travelling

This isn’t a diet or a plan you’ll forget in two weeks. It’s a way of building consistency, clarity, and ease — so nourishing yourself feels natural, not forced.

Most of us were taught what not to eat, or how much to eat — but not how to feel good in our own bodies.

The Food Tools We’ll Explore Together

These are the 3 foundational tools that helped me build a better relation with food and myself. And these are the 3-steps we will explore during our coaching sessions:

  1. Removing the ‘White Noise’ Of Food
Ultra-processed foods and chaotic eating patterns that disconnect you from your body’s signals.

  2. The 2 Foundations of Eating
Blood sugar balance and gut diversity - real, science-backed basics.

  3. Mindful Prompts & Awareness Tools
Simple questions and small reflections to understand your body cues.

These tools are gentle and easy to integrate — so over time, they become second nature.

Journal

Honest essays, food philosophy, and reminders to reconnect.

These reflections aren’t about trends, hacks, or what’s “in” right now. They’re about reshaping how we think about nourishment, our bodies, and the role food plays in our lives.

At Embodh, we use this space to dig deeper — into what makes us feel safe in our bodies, why we get disconnected in the first place, and how we can come back to a more intuitive, honest, and empowered place with food.

Every piece here is written to help you reconnect to your body, to your natural way of intuitively choosing.

The Nourish With Intention Podcast

Nikita Mehta, Founder of Embodh. Host of the Nourish with Intention Podcast.

In this podcast, I speak with experts from different walks of life. These are real conversations, real stories, real inspiration and actions without the fluff and without putting more rules on what you ‘should’ or ‘should not’ do.

I wanted this podcast to be a space where you get curious and explore new ways of approaching food, health, or life — some of which may feel uncomfortable at first — but through that, discover what actually works uniquely for you.
