Embodh is a creative practice centred around wellness, food, and experience.

The work focuses on curating wellness menus and food experiences that bring together functional nutrition thinking with a strong sense of aesthetics and feeling.

I’m interested in how wellness shows up in real spaces, at tables, during gatherings, and in moments people actually remember.

Embodh exists to explore a more lived, enjoyable relationship with wellness, one that feels grounded, thoughtful, and naturally appealing.

Founder’s Note

Hi, I’m Nikita Mehta!

Always been a nerdy nerd when it came to education. Bachelor’s in economics, master’s in management, work roles in sales and marketing, and I’m sure by now you’ve guessed how my calling towards food and wellness came as a surprise.

In the middle of my master’s degree and working in the Netherlands, I was going through my own health challenges and my relationship with food. What shifted things for me was seeing my body heal first-hand through whole, natural, quality-driven foods, rather than calorie-focused or restrictive diet culture.

I went on to study integrative nutrition and holistic health, and started reading, researching, and learning from experts and global wellness concepts from around the world. But I didn’t want to give nutrition plans. My healing came through the kind of food I started experimenting with, whole-food driven, but more than that, deeply aesthetic.

For me, the food I choose has always been influenced by how fun, creative, and beautiful it can look. Gourmet food has long had space for immaculate presentation and storytelling. With “healthy food,” though, the narrative has often been boring, repetitive, and limited to greens, salads, and uninspiring home-style visuals.

Even everyday meals at home can feel elevated if you give them a little care. That’s how I eat every meal. No matter how quick, simple, or complex it is to make, I always think about colour, texture, and styling. When I eat this way, food tastes better, feels more satisfying, and my body genuinely feels good.

I got into eating better because of the global inspiration of how good wellness can look, playful, sensual, nurturing. That’s what I started creating through my own sense of design, plating, and ingredient combinations that actually work for you.

This is my true love.
