Embodh is a creative studio founded by Nikita Mehta—focused on food, rituals, and nourishment design.
It started from a simple idea:
What if food could feel like a way to reconnect with yourself?
At Embodh, we bring together functional nutrition, mindful rituals, and sensory creativity—helping both individuals and brands create experiences that feel nourishing, beautiful, and personal.
Our work blends practical wellness foundations with creativity and real-life understanding. Whether you’re exploring mindful living for yourself or building something new for your brand, Embodh is a space to find clarity, inspiration, and connection through food and ritual.
Hi, I’m Nikita—and Embodh is my way of sharing what I’ve lived and learned about true nourishment.
For a long time, my relationship with food was driven by control, rules, and perfection. But it left me feeling more disconnected from my body than ever.
Things changed when I stopped chasing numbers and started listening—to my body’s rhythms, my energy, my cravings, my feelings.
That’s when food became something different. It became supportive, creative, and grounding..
Along the way, I studied holistic health through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), deepened my knowledge of gut health, blood sugar balance, and functional nourishment—and experimented with real, whole foods in my own kitchen.
Slowly, food became a ritual. A language of connection. A way to feel good, not just "be good."
Embodh grew out of that experience—a creative space where food, feeling, and simple rituals come together.
Today, I work with brands and individuals who want to build wellness from a place of awareness, creativity, and trust—not trends or extremes
Our Philosophy
At Embodh, we believe food is meant to make you feel connected —to your body, your creativity, and your life.
When you nourish yourself with real, natural foods, it changes more than just your health—it changes how you feel in your body, your mind, and your energy every day.
We’re here to show that nourishment isn’t about restriction. It’s about abundance, intuition, and bringing joy back into the simple act of eating.
Because when you reconnect to food, you reconnect to yourself — and everything around you starts to shift.
