This coaching space is where we figure out what actually works for you.

We’ll use food as the entry point to rebuild your body’s baseline: steady energy, balanced blood sugar, and a calmer mind. From there, we’ll explore your habits, mindset, and daily choices, so that eating well and taking care of yourself stops feeling like a struggle and starts becoming second nature.

This isn’t going to be a diet plan or rigid rules. It’s about reconnecting to your body so you can feel grounded, confident, and certain in how you care for yourself.

  • I don’t give you a fixed meal plan and the focus is on different aspects of your health: including but not exclusive to food. We look at different areas of your life and help you build foundations, routines around your goals.
    My role as a Health Coach is to help you build food foundations and habits that actually stick. We’ll focus on simple shifts with food, mindset, and daily rituals that you can carry anywhere.
