I'm a certified integrative nutrition and holistic health coach through IIN.
I studied economics, management; worked across sales and marketing for years — but life had something else planned, and I’m really glad it did.
My own journey through disordered eating, burnout, and hormonal imbalance led me to years of learning, unlearning, and experimenting with every expert, podcast, product, and protocol I could find. What it all came down to was this: we don’t need to be fixed, we just need to reconnect.
We’ve outsourced our decisions, silenced our signals, and forgotten how to trust our own bodies — which hold more wisdom than we ever give them credit for.
